MVN Engineering, founded in 2022 by Nilesh Mayani, supports engineering firms and contractors across North America and the Middle East. With 50+ engineers and BIM specialists, we deliver HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection design, and BIM solutions using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, following ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, and local codes.
About MVN Engineering: Our Journey
MVN Engineering started as an idea to create a different kind of engineering support firm, one built on trust, ownership, and real collaboration. In 2022, with a small team and a strong commitment to quality, we took our first steps supporting a handful of projects for US clients. The early days were challenging as we worked to align with US standards, time zones, and client expectations, but those experiences became the foundation of our processes today.
Each successful delivery brought new opportunities, and the team gradually expanded as clients began to rely on us for larger and more complex assignments. The journey has been shaped by continuous learning, structured workflows, and a culture that values responsibility over volume.
Today, MVN has grown into a 50+ member organization, yet we continue to operate with the same mindset we began with: stay close to clients, respect every deadline, and treat every project as our own.
