Drawing on MVN’s expertise in integrated system design, this 177,000 SF warehouse paired with a 17,000 SF, two-story office building was delivered with mechanical and electrical infrastructure tailored to its dual functions. The office component was designed to provide a comfortable, efficient environment for administrative and managerial staff, while the warehouse systems were engineered to support large-scale operations with reliable ventilation, conditioning, and power distribution.
Mechanical Design
The mechanical systems were engineered to balance the distinct needs of office and warehouse functions. The office area was conditioned through rooftop units, providing efficient cooling and heating tailored to a two-story layout. Warehouse ventilation was optimized to maintain healthy indoor air quality, with provisions for balanced airflow and compliance with code requirements. Energy compliance was verified using advanced modeling tools to align with efficiency standards and reduce operating costs
Electrical Design
The electrical design was optimized to provide reliable distribution across both office and warehouse areas. New lighting systems were implemented with photometric support for normal and emergency conditions, and code-compliant controls ensured energy efficiency with flexible operation. Outlets and circuits were installed to support office technologies, warehouse equipment, and HVAC systems, creating a resilient backbone for future tenant needs.
