Mechanical Design

The mechanical design centered on remodeling HVAC systems in common spaces to improve air distribution and occupant comfort. Existing PTAC units were replaced with new, efficient models to provide localized heating and cooling in guest rooms. Electrical Design

The electrical design introduced new power distribution to support remodeled HVAC systems and additional outlets across common and guest areas. A new sub-panel was installed to manage loads efficiently, while updated lighting systems were implemented based on revised reflected ceiling plans (RCP).
