📍 Surat, Gujarat (On-site) 💼 2–5 years
Key Skills: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MEP coordination, clash detection
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D BIM models for MEPF projects
- Perform coordination with architectural & structural teams
- Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts
- Prepare shop drawings and documentation
🔹 HVAC Design Engineer
📍 Surat, Gujarat (On-site) 💼 2–4 years
Key Skills: HVAC load calculation, duct design, energy-efficient systems
Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC system design and heat load calculations
- Develop duct layouts, equipment sizing, and BOQs
- Collaborate with BIM teams for accurate modeling
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE and international standards
